He Fei Children Welfare Institute
were founded in December1949. It stands in the ShuShan
Scenic Spot, the western suburb of HeFei, cover 5.5 hectare,
only 5 kilometers away from the proper city. It borders
on HeFei Hi-Tech Development Zone in the south and DongPu
Reservoir Natural Scenic Spot in the north, ShuShan Forest
Garden in the west, with fine surroundings and convenient
traffic network.
He Fei Children Welfare Institute
is a institute with four
departments (Children Welfare Institute, Social Welfare
Institute, Disable children recovery centre, Home for
Distitude Olders) is the biggest welfare adoption institution
in AnHui Province. There are more than 600 pieces bed
berths, and more than 100 staff mumbers on remedy,nursing,
trainning, special education, administration. We adopted
more than 20thousand none guardian, disable, none-living
source children. They are grown up under the care of
Party and government, and become useful person to the
society. To suit the development request,under the solicitude
and support of municipal Party committee, government
and leaders at different levels, we spended six years
and invested in RMB20 millions to build Disable children
recovery building, Medical Skill building, Children
apartment, Older apartment, Adult adopter dormitory,
Staff dormitory and so on one after another, nearly
15000 square meters.

with these buildings, and make sure the institute reach
the advanced level throughout the whole nation.Nowdays,there
are buildings in a novel style,waterside pavilions,gardens
and lawns,surrounded by green trees,it is an ideal place
to adopt children and make them fully recovery.Along with
the perfection of equipment, We establish a series of
rules and regulations with the centre of system of post
responsibility,appointed talented person,strengthen moral
education and train professional skill to heighten the
whole quality.
We persist in the combination of "rearing,cwring,education,recovery",
not only meet the request of nutrition,but also launch
the theapy, special education, try our best to help lighten
their deformation,to make them become useful men, to promote
them come back to the society. From the reformation, our
institute have received the adoption organizations which
came from several ten countries, ie, UN, USA, England,Canada,
Sweden, Holland,etc. They spoke highly of the attentation
which our government pay on the walfare cause and the
success we have achieved.
In recently years, our institute won the honor title such
as AnHui Classic Welfare Institute, HeFei Civilization
Unit, HeFei advanced basic unit, HeFei Model Unit through
the joint efforts of the Army and the masses, HeFei Garden
